If you need a bright and sunny place a breath away from Syntagma square then this apartment is the right choose for you!! Really modern is decorated with lots of excellent paintings from Greek artists.

Located in Kolonaki area, with a unique designed, in a very peaceful neighborhood close to the Lycabettus hill.

The idea of the owner was to create a beautiful and comfortable Apartment, on the necessity for ameliorating the luxurious tourist services with an affordable price. It is very modern decorated, with lot of fine art paintings and fully furnished from very well known designers.

There is one bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. There is also a laundry machine and a dryer. Three big closet will make your stay more comfortable and it has autonomous heating system. Finally there is boiler which provides 24 hours hot water.


Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

Syntagma is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.



The apartment is very close to a Greek traditional tavern, a pharmacy, banks and public transport. Kolonaki is a wealthy, chic and upmarket district, and a fashionable meeting area. As one of the capital's leading shopping areas, it includes a number of high-end boutiques from young adult to casual fashion to prestigious haute couture from Greek and international designers. One of its main shopping streets, Voukourestiou Street, is now known for its jewellery.

Museums and galleries also abound in Kolonaki. The Benaki Museum, inside a preserved neoclassical manor house, and the Goulandris Museum of Cycladic Art and are two of the finest private collections in the country. Two smaller museums to be found in Kolonaki are the Museum of the History of Greek Costume and the Theater Museum, both highly specialized in their respective areas.

A walk across the street from Vasilissis Sofias Avenue are the Byzantine Museum, and the War Museum of Athens. There are a plethora of available options for nightlife, including bars, ouzeries, and taverns. Outdoor seating on pedestrian walks is typical, creating a lively atmosphere at night.

The main Kolonaki Square (with the small column) is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The Lycabettus Funicular, a funicular railway, links Kolonaki to the summit of Lycabettus hill. Kolonaki also hosts 2 metro stations, Evengelismos and Megaro Mousikis.

This is a completely new and fresh renovated apartment (August 2021). If you want to live 100 meters away from Acropois museum and just 5 minutes from Acropolis entrance then this apartment is a must have option.

The apartment, is renovated on 2021, is on the 6nd floor of a typical Athenian building and it can host up to 2 guests. It is furnished and fully equipped. There is one bedroom and a luxury private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, coffee maker, toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.

The huge balcony with it's marvelous Acropolis view is really astonised!
