The house was repainted a bright white color, a 65 inch satellite TV was added, a large mirror was added to the bathroom, the entrance to the building was fixed and it looks brand new.
The apartment is located on 1st floor of a building. It is fully furnished, modern decorated and fully equipped. There are 4 bedrooms with queen size double beds and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher. Cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster and a filter coffee machine. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
Numerous of big closets will make your stay more comfortable, moreover, the place is fully air conditioned.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.
Entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Syntagma is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.
The apartment is very close to a Greek traditional taverns, a pharmacy, banks and public transport.

The apartment is located at Kolonaki close to the American School of Classical Studies. It is very spacious and you will enjoy every minute you will be inside. It can host up to 10 guests! The major advantages living in Kolonaki is the incredible view, the no traffic jam and no noises from the road and yes, you are staying downtown!! The place has 2 really large bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size. The third bedroom has two single beds but if you are a couple the beds are turning to a real double one! The last bedroom has a single bed with an en suite bathroom. Finally, the large sofa in the living room turns to a double bed and the other sofa turns to a single one. On the living room you will find 2 pieces of 3 seater sofa and a fireplace with a flat TV and a dining table next to the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (coffee machine/oven/microwave/toaster). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7. While the rest of the apartment is quite large, the kitchen is a little small. Below the apartment are several restaurants and the noise can come up to the rooms - more soundproofing would be good.
