The house consists of two independent apartments within the same building, offering both privacy and flexibility for groups of up to 12 guests. The ground floor apartment features two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The first-floor apartment offers three bedrooms with queen-size beds, a bright and comfortable living room with additional sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Both spaces are thoughtfully designed, bright, and fully equipped to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Guests can also enjoy the outdoor areas, including a private roof garden, balconies, and a backyard with outdoor furniture perfect for unwinding after a day in the city.
The property is fully equipped with high speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, two washing machines, and fresh linens and towels for all guests. Every detail has been arranged to provide comfort and convenience throughout your stay.
Located in the vibrant and safe neighborhood of Neos Kosmos, the house is just a one minute walk from the metro and tram, allowing quick and easy access to the Acropolis, Syntagma Square, and the Athenian Riviera.
