Welcome to our newly renovated and beautifully designed apartment in a central area of Athens, offering the perfect combination of comfort, style, and convenience.
The apartment has been completely refreshed with modern decoration, new furniture, and carefully selected details to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere for every guest. With two comfortable bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families, couples, friends, or business travelers.
The bright living area features a comfortable sofa bed that converts into a double bed, providing extra sleeping space while keeping the apartment spacious and functional. There is one Full Smart TV located in the living room.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with 3 AC units, providing both cooling and heating throughout the year.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, and all essential cooking equipment. The kitchen uses natural gas for cooking, so guests should be familiar with this type of system or request assistance if needed.
Hot water is available continuously through the natural gas system, ensuring comfort at any time of the day.
For your convenience, the apartment also includes a washing machine and dryer located in a dedicated enclosed area outside the bathroom.
The kitchen countertop is protected with a transparent protective film to maintain its excellent condition. For this reason, hot cookware should always be placed on silicone mats or suitable heat-resistant bases.
All beds are prepared before your arrival with fresh, high-quality linens, and clean towels are provided for every guest.
The apartment offers tested high-speed Wi-Fi with speeds of approximately 150–200 Mbps, suitable for work, streaming, and everyday use.
For energy efficiency, there is a main switch next to the apartment’s security door. When switched off, it disables most electrical systems while keeping the Wi-Fi and refrigerator active.
The location is ideal for exploring Athens, with easy access to the city center and the most important attractions. Nearby you will find supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, traditional tavernas, and local shops.
Public transport options are available close by, allowing convenient access to areas such as the Acropolis, Plaka, Monastiraki, and other major sights of Athens.
Private parking is available nearby for an additional fee.
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
Common quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Early check-in, late check-out, and check-in after midnight may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
