This apartment is really ideally located, a unique apartment in a very peaceful neighborhood of the center of Glyfada. It consists 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was fully renovated in 2014. Everything in the apartment are totally new. There are two bedrooms with closes and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven,microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.There is also a vacuum cleaner and a laundry machine and a PC. There is autonomous heating system and a fireplace. The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is a boiler which provides 24 hours hot water. There are big balconies, where you can relax or enjoy your breakfast or a delicious dinner. Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you. Entire property has free WIFI! The apartment is ideal for families or couples who want to spend their summer holidays in a beach side apartment, in one of the most elegant areas of Athens. The nearest beach is only 500 m away, but also there are plenty of organized beaches in Voula and Vouliagmeni area. During summer time the coast line of Glyfada, Voula & Vouliagmeni areas are very popular choice for swimming , walking and dinning. Located close to the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summer time compared to the more warm center but most important away from any traffic jams and all the demonstrations that take place in the center of Athens. The apartment is very close to a pharmacy, banks and public transport 300 m away from the apartment. There is a bus station from where you can take a bus to the city centre. 500 m away from the apartment there is a super market, a bakery and a pharmacy. In only 200 m from the apartment you can find a playground for children. This spacious, light-filled apartment features 3 bedrooms, a massive living area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with jacuzzi and rain shower, and an unbelievably large balcony with outdoor dining and lounge spaces. Dramatic black marble floors and contemporary decor makes this a unique property on the market. Large living area, big-screen smart TV, dining area for 6 and plenty of space for lounging and reading. Massive balcony wraps around the apartment, with outdoor dining for 6 and more lounge space. While you have a partial sea view, what is more interesting to see if the high-end Ogarden hotel that was just built across the street and features hot tubs on the balconies. Fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, and stove / oven. Chic high table creates an ideal nook to bring your laptop for a morning coffee or evening drink.
