Description
The most beautiful penthouse in Koukaki, an area in the historical centre of Athens, next to the old neighbourhood of Plaka. It is located 3 min from the metro station 'Acropolis', 3 min from Acropolis museum and 5 min from Acropolis entrance!
A great veranda (46 cm2) with a breathtaking view of the Acropolis, especially at night.
Just renovated to meet the needs of any guest with all amenities including a heat pump with FCU, which provides the ideal temperature at all times.
Renovated in 2018, the apartment (76cm2) offers a comfortable accommodation. It consists of two beautifully furnished bedrooms, a spacious living room and dining room. There are large windows around the apartment which apart from the view of the acropolis from any part of the apartment they let in plenty natural light.
The accommodation shall have a heat pump providing heat and/or air conditioning, there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.
Entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Aghios Ioannis is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony
Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
For late check in after 00:00 there is a small fee
Transfer service and private tours are available upon request
