Ideally located a unique apartment in a very peaceful neighborhood. It was built in 2008, it is modern decorated with very expensive materials. It is in the third of a seven floor building
The apartment is very luxury and fully equipped. The amenities include :A/C in every room,a fully equipped kitchen, satellite smart TV, DVD, . The kitchen is equipped with oven,microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.
Entire property has free WiFi!
Agios Ioannis is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.
There are few super markets, mini markets, bakeries, pharmacies and shops for all your needs around the loft. You can also enjoy your lunches and dinners in the area around, where you can find nice local taverns and restaurants, as well as cafes to enjoy a morning coffee in Athens' center!
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony
Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
For late check in after 00:00 there is a small fee
