This villa is really ideally located, in a very peaceful neighborhood of the center of Glyfada between two beaches, the Glyfada's Second Beach and the Asteria Beach! You can also enjoy this huge swimming pool!
This impressive property is a must have for travellers who want a villa in the beach with a really big swimming pool with lot's of plants from a lovely garden!
There are 4 bedrooms with closes and enclosed bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven,microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.
There is a small building near to the swiming pool where the my caretaker is living. He won't bother you at all, and you can ask him anything you may want!
Entire property has free WIFI!
The apartment is ideal for families or couples who want to spend their summer holidays in a beach side apartment, in one of the most elegant areas of Athens. The nearest beach is only 200 m away, but also there are plenty of organized beaches in Voula and Vouliagmeni area. During summer time the coast line of Glyfada, Voula & Vouliagmeni areas are very popular choice for swimming , walking and dinning.
Located close to the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summer time compared to the more warm center but most important away from any traffic jams and all the demonstrations that take place in the center of Athens.
The apartment is very close to a pharmacy, banks and public transport 300 m away from the apartment.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony
Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
For late check in after 00:00 there is a small fee
