- Direct view of the Acropolis. (Balcony is fantastic during evening for cocktails or while enjoying breakfast.)

- Electronic shutters can be rolled down all the doors and windows so TOTAL sunlight can be locked out of the apartment if you wish.
The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.

Tauros is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 150 meters away.
What makes this place really unique is that is surrounded by balconies, and there are no other buildings across from the large balcony with access from the living room.
Athens can be a claustrophobic city, but not when you stay in this apartment with all openings, lots of light and a clear view of the best-identified landmark in Greece: The Acropolis.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony
Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
