The house is ideal for families, couples or friends who want to spend their holidays in one of the most know areas of Athens where all the sightseeings are in a walking dinstance. This lovely house is fully equipped and will provide you the best stay for your vacations.
There is a spacious living room, also a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
Each of three bedrooms has a big closet. Bed linen, towels, the bath amenities and all electric devices are provided.
Fix is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 400 meters away.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you hot water 24/7.
Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed top quality sheets. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single one of you.
Entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
There is a fee for check in after 00:00

The location is so central and the restuarants and bars below are great value for money compared to the more touristy areas. It was such a treat to have one double bedroom each which were all of a similar size and two bathrooms! The air conditioning was exceptionally quiet. The coffee pods for the coffee machine was a lovely touch. Overall, a very clean and spacious apartment in a lovely part of Athens to stay in. Thank you!

Perhaps on arrival, some of the basic provisions could have been provided, such as milk and sugar. For such a short stay it wasn't worth buying a whole bag of sugar. The mattresses were quite hard, but we got used to them!
